1   INGREDIENTS

  • Chicken Mince 1 kg
  • Salt as per taste
  • Onions 2 medium
  • Black Pepper 1 tsp
  • Cumin Seeds 1 tbsp
  • Small Cardamom 6
  • Roasted Gram 2 tbsp
  • Garam Masala Powder 1 tbsp
  • Soya Sauce 2 tbsp
  • Red Chilli powder 1 tsp
  • Bread Slices 4
  • Raw papaya (ground) 2 tbsp
  • Eggs 2
  • Fresh Coriander(chopped)1/2 bunch
  • Green Chillies (chopped)6-8
  • Dalda Cooking Oil as required

2   COOKING DIRECTIONS

  1. Grind chicken mince with onions, black pepper, cumin, cardamom, garam masala,
  2. papaya, roasted gram and bread slices.Then add salt, soya souce, red chilli powder,
  3. coriander, green chillies and eggs and mix well.Take 2 tablespoons of chicken mince
  4. and pat it around each barbecue skewer to make 4-5 inch long kebabs.Refrigerate for
  5. 10-12 minutes.Roast the kebabs over a direct flame for 1-2 minutes.Heat a frying pan
  6. over medium heat for 2-3 minutes and add 1-1 tablespoons of Dalda Cooking Oil
  7. Remove the rpasted lebabs frp, tje slewers and put them in the pan.Keep rolling them
  8. with a wooden spoon for 3-4 minutes till the kebabs are cooked on all sides
  9. Place the kebabs on a kitchen towel or absorbent paper
  10. Serve hot with yogurt, raita and naan.
