10-12 minutes.Roast the kebabs over a direct flame for 1-2 minutes.Heat a frying pan

over medium heat for 2-3 minutes and add 1-1 tablespoons of Dalda Cooking Oil

Remove the rpasted lebabs frp, tje slewers and put them in the pan.Keep rolling them

with a wooden spoon for 3-4 minutes till the kebabs are cooked on all sides

Place the kebabs on a kitchen towel or absorbent paper

Serve hot with yogurt, raita and naan.
