1   INGREDIENTS

  • Boneless chicken breast pieces cut into chunks 1/2 kg
  • Fresh coriander leaves, finely chopped 1 cup
  • Finely chopped fresh mint leaves 1/2 cup
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Lemon juice 1 tbsp
  • Green chilli paste 1 tbsp
  • Salt 1 tbsp
  • Onion, sliced into rings 1

2   COOKING DIRECTIONS

  1. In a blender, put in the coriander, mint leaves, ginger-garlic paste, lemon juice, green chillies, salt and blend.
  2. Place the chicken in a bowl, and rub with the mixture.
  3. Cover and refrigerate for two to three hours.
  4. Pre-heat the oven to medium heat. Lightly grease a baking dish.
  5. Place the chicken in the baking dish and bake for 20 minutes, or until the chicken is done.
  6. Just five minutes before taking out the dish, sprinkle with onion rings and bake again.
  7. Serve hot.
