- Potatoes, medium 3-4

Onions, medium and thily chopped 2

Butter, melted 2 tbsps

Cheese, grated 3 oz

Plain flour 1/2 cup

Salt to taste

Mustard powder 1 tsp

Salt 1/2 tsp

Black pepper 1/2 tsp

Baking powder 1 tsp

Eggs 2

Coriander, thinly chopped 3 tbsps

Green chillies, thinly chopped 1 tbsp

Breadcrumbs for coating

Oil for deep-frying
- Boil potatoes in water until soft.
- Mash potates and add butter, cheese, mustard, eggs and flour together.
- Mix them well. Add the rest of the ingredients except breadcrumbs.
- Make balls and them roll the balls first in the eggs them in breadcrumbs.
- Heat oil in a deep-fryer or wok and deep-fry the balls until gloden brown.
