Having a desserts helps in digestion
- White pumpkin 500 gms

Large potatoes, boiled and mashed 200 gms

Green chillies, chopped 4

Ginger and garlic, chopped 5 gms

Black cumin seeds 2 gms

Red chilli powder 5 gms

Dry mango powder 8 gms

Chaat Masala 60 gms

Butter 40 gms

Oil 80 ml

Salt to taste

Philadelphia cheese 50 gms

Coriander chopped 5 gms

Chaat masala 10 gms

Cream 20 gms
- To prepare the filling, mix together all the ingredients.

Peel and deseed pumpkin, grate and blanche in boiling salted water.

Drain and let it cool.

In a large saucepan, heat butter and saute ginger, garlic, green chilli, cumin and all the spice powders for few minutes, add pumpkin and potatoes.

Combine together, remove from heat and let it cool.

Divide the mixture into 12 equal portions.

Place a portion of the filling in the centre, close and shallow fry in oil till brown on both sides.
