Ingredients

  • Leg of lamb 1 kg (small pieces)
  • Salt to taste
  • Green chili 4 - 5 (chopped)
  • Black pepper powder 1 tsp
  • Tomatoes 4 - 5
  • Fats as required (use lamb fats for great flavor)

Cooking Directions

  1. Add fat of lamb and melt in skillet.

  2. Now add meat and salt and then cover and cook for 25 minutes or until cooked through.

  3. Now add green chillies and tomatoes and again cover and cook for 10 minutes more.

  4. Then sprinkle black pepper and mix well.

  5. Delicious salty lamb karahi is ready.

  1. Very easy recipe....you must take the skin off your tomatoes in this recipe....I use white pepper rather than black pepper.....I also marinate meat in papita over night...it makes it melt in your mouth....try and enjoy
