  • Beef 1 kg
  • Tomato 1 tin
  • Carrots 3
  • Onions 2
  • Apples 3
  • Star spices 6
  • Cloves 10
  • Soy sauce 1 cup
  • Tomatos puree 1 cane
  • White vinegar 1 cup
  • Cinnamon 6 sticks
  • Garlic 20 cloves
  • Butter 100 gm
  • Black pepper 1 tbsp
  • White pepper 1 tbsp
  • Spring onions 4 to 5
  • Curry powder 8 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

Cooking Directions

  1. In pan put 4-1/2 jugs water, add meat, apples, tomatoes, tomato puree, green onion, carrots, onions, garlic cloves, butter, soy sauce, black pepper, and white pepper.

  2. In a silk cloth put cinnamon, clove, and aniseeds tie it and put it in the pan.

  3. Cook it for 8 hours at low flame.

  4. After 8 hours take out that silk cloth pocket and again cook for 8 hours.

  5. When the water in the pan starts drying then transfer it in a grinder and make a paste.

  6. Again put this paste in the pan and add brown sugar, salt, curry powder, and vinegar and cook until it changes into a sauce.
