Ingredients

  • Cottage cheese 1 packet
  • Fresh cream 1 packet
  • Green chilies 4 sliced
  • Mint ½ bunch
  • Black pepper 1 tsp crushed
  • Roasted and ground cumin 1 tsp
  • Red chili flakes 1 tbsp
  • Oil as required
  • Salt to taste

Cooking Directions

  1. Mix packet cottage cheese cubes with crushed black pepper, roasted and ground cumin, red chili flakes and salt to taste.

  2. In a frying pan, add oil and fry spiced cubes.

  3. When color of cheese is slightly different, pour packet fresh cream and allow simmering for 5 minutes.

  4. Add bunch mint and sliced green chilies and serve.
