  • Chocolate 100 gms
  • Butter 50 gms
  • Egg 3
  • Milk 1/4 cup
  • Cocoa powder 1 tbsp
  • Sugar 75 gms
  • Vanila essance 1/2 tsp
  • Gelatin 1 tsp
  • Water 1/4 cup
  • Fresh cream 200 gms
  • Castor sugar 1 cup

Cooking Directions

  1. In a pan melt chocolate in double boiler.

  2. Add butter, milk and cocoa powder and mix well.

  3. Beat eggs with castor sugar untill fluffy.

  4. Add vanila essence in eggs.

  5. Put chocolate mixture into egg mixture and fold.

  6. Add gelatin gradually in this.

  7. Whip fresh cream and fold into mixture.

  8. Refrigerate it till firm or set.

  2. not sure if you know this but Gelatin is dervied from pig and despite some of the misconceptions that kosher gelatin is halal it is not as nothing that is impure can be made pure.............DON'T USE GELATIN BROTHERS AND SISTERS!
