Ingredients

  • Garlic 4-5
  • Green chilli
  • Bay leaves 1-2
  • Fresh Cream 75 ml
  • Salt
  • All spices powder
  • Sugar 2 tbp
  • Fenugreek as desired
  • For Marination:
  • Chicken 1
  • Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp
  • Salt
  • Chilli powder 1-1/2 tbsp
  • Lemon Juice 4-5 tbsp
  • Yogurt/Curd 100 gms
  • All spices powder 1 tbsp
  • For Sauce:
  • Tomatoes 7-8
  • Garlic 5-6
  • Ginger 2 inch piece
  • Coriander powder 1 tbs
  • Clove 2-3
  • Cinnamon 1/2 tsp
  • Butter 60 gm

Cooking Directions

  1. Marinate chicken and leave for about 30 minutes.

  2. B.B.Q these chicken pieces.

  3. For sauce: In a pan put tomatoes, water, garlic cloves and ginger piece cook it.

  4. Put coriander powder, clove and cinnamon powder cook it till become like sauce.

  5. Now in this add butter, green chillies, bay leaves, fresh cream and chicken let it cook.

  6. Add salt, fenugreek and sugar.

  7. Cook more till 5 minutes.
