  • For batter:
  • Milk 1 cup
  • Eggs 3 beaten
  • Refined flour 1 ½ cup
  • Salt ¼ tsp
  • For filling:
  • Fried chicken mince 2 cup
  • Cottage cheese 1 cup
  • Capsicum 1 finely cut
  • Green chillies 3 finely cut
  • Fresh coriander 1 tbsp chopped
  • Spring onion 2 tbsp chopped
  • Bread crumbs as required
  • Eggs as required
  • Oil for frying

Cooking Directions

  1. Beat together refined flour, milk and eggs.

  2. Heat oil in a frying pan, spread cooking spoonful of batter evenly like an omelette in it and fry until golden brown.

  3. Remove.

  4. Repeat with remaining batter.

  5. Mix minced chicken, cheese, capsicum, spring onions, green chillies and fresh coriander in a bowl.

  6. Put chicken mixture in centre of crepes, fold over from all four sides.

  7. Coat with eggs and then with breadcrumbs.

  8. Heat oil in a frying pan, fry crepes from both sides evenly until golden.

  9. Remove on absorbent paper.
