First cook the lentils in pressure cooker.
Heat 1 tbsp ghee and add the dry spices, then add the other ingredients.
When slightly brownish, add the brinjals (cut lengthwise), five guars (chopped in half) and ladyfinger (cut into half).
Mix the gram flour with a little water and 1/2 cup curd.
Add this to the vegetables and put in the lentils.
Cook till vegetables are tender, then add the tamarind water in the end.
Garnish with coriander leaves.
