  • Tomato 1 cup
  • Gram lentils 2 cup
  • Oil ½ cup
  • Onion ½ cup
  • Green chili 3 – 4
  • Salt to taste
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Cumin 1 tsp (roasted and crushed)
  • Red chili powder 1 tsp
  • Turmeric powder 1 tsp
  • All spice powder ½ tsp
  • Lemon for garnishing

Cooking Directions

  1. Soak gram lentils for an hour and then boil it.

  2. Heat oil in a pan and sauté onions.

  3. Then add ginger garlic paste, tomatoes, turmeric, red chili powder, salt, cumin and all spice, fry till the oil separates.

  4. Finally add boiled gram lentil and green chilies. Mix well.

  5. Keep it in serving platter.

  6. Garnish with lemon and serve with naan.
