Vermicelli are delicious to eat. I am sharing my favorite recipe with you. I used dehydrated milk and condensed milk to create a great taste. You can omit one of them.

  • Milk 1 liter
  • Sugar 6 tbsp
  • Vermicelli 1 small bowl (crush it)
  • Dehydrated milk 3 tbsp
  • Condensed Milk 2tbsp (optional)
  • Saffron 3 to 5 threads only
  • Green Cardamom powder 1/2 tsp
  • Ground almonds 2 tbsp
  • Pistachio 8 to 10 pieces ( for garnishing)
  • Raisins 15 pieces (washed & soaked)

Cooking Directions

  1. In a saucepan, heat the milk. Add vermicelli and sugar in it.

  2. Add cardamom powder. Let it boil. Now, add saffron threads, ground almond, raisins, dehydrated milk (dried milk). Mix it well on low flame. Add pistachio and condensed milk. Stir well.

  3. Add more sugar, if required. Dish it out.

  4. Let it cool in fridge. Better to serve with evening tea.
