  • چکن ایک کلو (Chicken 1 kg)
  • ٹماٹر دو عدد (Tomatoes 2)
  • پیاز ایک عدد (Onion 1)
  • دہی آدھا پاؤ (Yogurt 125 gm)
  • لال مرچ دو کھانے کے چمچ (کٹی ہوئی) (Red chili 2 tbsp flakes)
  • لال مرچ ایک کھانے کا چمچ (پسی ہوئی) (Red chili powder 1 tbsp)
  • ہلدی ایک کھانے کا چمچ (Turmeric 1 tbsp)
  • زیرہ ایک کھانے کا چمچ (کٹا ہوا) (Cumin seeds 1 tbsp crushed)
  • ہرا دھنیا ایک چوتھائی گٹھی (Fresh Coriander ¼ bunch)
  • پودینہ ایک چھوتھائی گٹھی (Mint leaves ¼ bunch)
  • نمک حسبِ ذائقہ (Salt to taste)
  • ادرک اور لہسن کا پیسٹ دو کھانے کے چمچ (Ginger and garlic paste 2 tbsp)
  • گھی آدھا کپ (Oil ½ cup)

  1. چکن کو چھوٹے چھوٹے ٹکڑوں میں کاٹ لیں۔

  2. پین میں گھی گرم کریں۔

  3. اور اس میں ادرک اور لہسن کا پیسٹ شامل کریں۔

  4. جب لال ہونے لگے تو اس میں چکن شامل کرکے بھوننا شروع کردیں۔

  5. چوپر مشین میں پیاز، ٹماٹر اور پودینہ ڈال کر پیسٹ تیار کرلیں۔

  6. پھر دہی اور تیار شدہ پیسٹ  کو آپس میں اچھی طرح ملا  دیں۔

  7. اب پیسٹ کو چکن  میں شامل کر دیں۔

  8. اور ساتھ ہی پسی ہوئی لال مرچ، ہلدی، زیرہ، کٹی ہوئی لال مرچ اور نمک کو شامل کر دیں۔

  9. پھر اس میں ایک کپ پانی ڈال کر دوبارہ بھنائی شروع کر دیں۔

  10. جب پانی خشک ہونے لگے تو آخر میں ہرا دھنیا چھڑک (sprinkle) کر سرو کریں۔
