  • Chicken ½ kg (boneless)
  • Eggs 2
  • Bread crumbs 1 packet
  • Oil for frying
  • Sugar 1 tsp
  • White pepper powder 1 tsp
  • Corn flour 2 tbsp
  • Soya sauce 2 tbsp
  • White vinegar 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

Cooking Directions

  1. Wash boneless chicken and cut into nuggest size pieces.

  2. Add corn flour, salt, sugar, white pepper powder, soya sauce and white vinegar and mix welleverything with chicken.

  3. Keep aside for 20 minutes.

  4. Dip chicken in beaten eggs and coat with bread crumbs.

  5. In a wok, heat oil and deep fry chicken nuggets on medium flame until golden brown.

  6. Chicken nuggets are ready to serve.

  2. not corect like ths chicken will remain uncooked...and only bread crumb will be fried..u have to 1 st marinate chicken than roast it till it become tender mean cook on low will take about 1 hr.. then only u can dip in egg and coat with bread crumb and fry...ths fry we do only just to gve taste ov crispy....
