  • All purpose flour ½ kg
  • Butter 2 – 3 tbsp
  • Milk as required
  • Salt to taste

Cooking Directions

  1. Take all purpose flour add butter and to taste salt mix it well with as required milk to make dough.

  2. Divide dough in small balls.

  3. Then with the help of hands roll it long, make ball again and roll it with the help of rolling pin.

  4. Now heat the tawa pan or fry pan then toast the roti. Now laacha roti is ready.

  5. You can top it with butter.
