Ingredients

  • Biscuits 400 g
  • Butter 100 g
  • Condenced milk 1 tin
  • Cream 200 g
  • Hilal Gelatin 4 tbsp
  • Cream cheese 1 packet
  • Strawberry jam 1 bottle
  • Water 4-5 tbsp

Cooking Directions

  1. Disslove gelatin in water.

  2. Add condenced milk in a bowl.

  3. Add cream, hilal gelatin and cream cheese in it.

  4. Mix them all well.

  5. Crush the biscuits.

  6. Place ciscuits in a baking pan, also add butter in it.

  7. Mix them well and bake it for 5-7 min, at 200 degrees.

  8. Pour the milk mixture on baked biscuits.

  9. Freeze them for 12 hours.

  10. Add some strawberry jam in some water and heat them.

  11. Serve with a topping of strawberry jam.
