  • Beef mince ½ kg
  • Raw papaya 1 tbsp
  • Red chilli powder 1 tbsp
  • All spice powder 1 tsp
  • Fresh cream 2 tbsp
  • Mint chopped ½ bunch
  • Green chilli chopped 2
  • Onion 1
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil ½ cup

Cooking Directions

  1. Take mince beef in a mixing bowl and add raw papaya, red chilli powder, all spice powder, fresh cream, chopped mint, green chilli, onion chopped and salt.

  2. Mix well and keep aside for 20-25 minutes.

  3. Now make small patties from the meat mixture and shallow fry it on low flame.

  4. Then dish out and serve it with paratha and mint chutney.
