Potato is very common vegetable which is always available at home. Make this potato bhaji and serve on breakfast or lunch with farmaishi chapatti and some pickle.

  • Potatoes boiled ½ kg
  • Lemon 2
  • Green chilies 2 (chopped)
  • Coriander leaves ½ bunch
  • Roasted cumin seeds 1 tsp
  • Crushed red pepper 1 tbsp
  • Chili garlic sauce 1 tbsp
  • Oil as required
  • Salt to taste

Cooking Directions

  1. Boil potatoes for 5 minutes.

  2. Now remove skin and cut into cubes, now heat oil in a pan.

  3. Add in potato cubes and fry till golden brown in color.

  4. Now remove potatoes and mix with juice of lemons, green chilies, coriander leaves, cumin seeds, red pepper, chili garlic sauce and salt to taste.

  5. Mix well. Spread this mixture in a large frying pan.

  6. Simmer for 5 minutes. Serve with chapatti.
