Ingredients

  • Gram/Chana pulse (boiled) 3 cup
  • Milk powder 3 cup
  • Sugar 2 cup
  • Ghee 2 cup
  • Cardamom powder 1 tsp
  • Cardamom 6-7
  • Raisins (chopped)
  • Pistachio (chopped)

Cooking Directions

  1. Heat 1 cup ghee in a pan.

  2. Add whole cardamom and fry until aroma comes.

  3. Chop boiled pulse add in oil and fry until pulse leave sides.

  4. Put sugar mix and disolve add a pinch of zarda color.

  5. Sprinkle raisins and pistachio.

  6. Add milk powder and remaining ghee.

  7. Dish out halwa on flat plate sprinkle pistachio and decorate with silver leaves.
