Ingredients

  • Almonds 800 gm
  • Sugar 800 gm
  • Cardamoms 10
  • Saffron a pinch
  • Ghee as required

Cooking Directions

  1. Soak the almonds in water for about 3 hours.

  2. Wash, strain and skin them, then grind them finely.

  3. Make a syrup and add crushed cardamoms, saffron and almonds.

  4. Beat together until mixture thickens.

  5. Add a little ghee and stir again for 2 minutes.

  6. Removes from flame and serve.
