  • Chicken breast fillet 100 gm
  • Garlic minced 5 gm
  • Chilli oil 10 gm
  • Dried long chilli 2 gm
  • Soy sauce 5 gm
  • Maggi seasoning 5 gm
  • Spring onion 10 gm
  • Chicken soup stock 150 gm
  • A pinch of white pepper powder

Cooking Directions

  1. Cut the chicken breast in thin slices and pre blanch in boiling water then set aside.

  2. Heat the wok and pour in the chilli oil.

  3. Saute minced garlic, dry chilli and spring onion until the flavors come out.

  4. Add the pre-boiled chicken and toss in the spring onion.

  5. Add the chilli garlic and Maggi seasoning and simmer over low flame.

  6. Pour chicken soup stock together with soy sauce into the mix and bring to a boil.

  7. Add a pinch of white pepper as per your taste and increase the flame.

  8. Serve hot.
