Ingredients

  • Hard boiled eggs as required
  • Finely sliced Onion 1
  • Oil as required
  • Tomatoes 6
  • Ginger a medium piece
  • Garlic 4-5 cloves
  • Water 1 cup
  • Whole spice (sabut garam masala) as required
  • Curd 250 gram
  • Green coriander 1/2 bunch
  • Salt to taste
  • Red chili 1 tbsp

Cooking Directions

  1. Heat oil in a pan and fry boiled eggs till light golden and keep aside.

  2. Take tomato, ginger, garlic, water and blend together.

  3. In oil lightly golden brown onion. When it stats becoming brown add whole spice, tomato paste, curd, coriander, salt, red chili and braise.

  4. When oil appears on top add fried eggs and mix.

  5. Egg curry is ready.
