  • Butterscotch pudding mix 80 gm
  • All-purpose flour 2 cup
  • Ginger ½ tsp (ground)
  • Cloves powder ¼ tsp
  • Allspice powder ½ tsp
  • Baking soda 2 tsp
  • Cinnamon powder 1 tsp
  • Crystallized ginger 1/3 cup (ground)
  • Salt ¼ tsp
  • Egg 4
  • Brown sugar 1 cup
  • White sugar 1 cup
  • Vanilla extract 1 tsp
  • Pumpkin puree 1-3/4 cup
  • Butter 1 cup

Cooking Directions

  1. Pre-heat oven at 175 C and line muffin cups.

  2. Mix together pudding mix, flour, ground ginger, cloves, allspice, baking soda, cinnamon, crystallized ginger and salt keep a side.

  3. In another bowl beat egg by electric beater add brown and white sugar beat more till turns to fluffy.

  4. Now add egg one by one and beat well also add vanilla extract beat then add pumpkin puree.

  5. Now take flour mixture and mix into eggs mixture by spatula and form a smooth batter.

  6. Pour into muffin cups and bake for about 20 minutes.
