  • Milk 2 liter
  • Jaggery (Gur) 200 gram
  • Butter 2 tbsp
  • Almonds as required
  • Pistachio as required
  • Silver leaf as required

Cooking Directions

  1. Heat milk on low flame.

  2. Cut the jaggery and cook on low flame in water. So that no lump remains there.

  3. Now mix the jaggery syrup in milk and cook till the water dries.

  4. Cook on high flame and add butter, cook for a while.

  5. When ready, take out in a platter and garnish with nuts and silver leaf.
