For the filling, mix the jaggery, coconut and khoya and cook on a low flame till the mixture leaves the sides of the vessel.
Mix semolina, flour and oil to make a smooth batter with water or milk.
Heat a tawa/griddle and smear a little oil on it.
When the oil smokes pour a tbsp batter on it and spread it thinly with a ladle in a round shape, Put some filling on the prepared round and roll it and serve to a plate.
Prepare all the pancakes in the same way.
Serve with cream.
