Ingredients

  • For Potato Wedges:
  • Potato 3
  • Red chili powder 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Plain flour 1 cup
  • For Chicken Wings:
  • Chicken wings ¼ kg
  • Vinegar 2 tbsp
  • Hot sauce ½ cup
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper as required
  • For Chicken and Corn Flutes:
  • Chicken 1 cup (boneless)
  • Frozen parathay 3 – 4
  • Sweet corn ½ cup
  • Mozzarella cheese ½ cup
  • Salt to taste
  • Red chili powder as required

Cooking Directions

  1. For Snack Platter:

  2. Cut all potatoes in fries shape.

  3. Make a mixture of plain flour, salt and red chilies powder in water.

  4. Dip all chips one by one and fry them in deep fry pan.

  5. For Chicken Wings:

  6. Apply vinegar, salt and black pepper on chicken wings.

  7. Deep fry them and serve in dish and pour hot sauce on it.

  8. For Chicken and Corn Flutes:

  9. Deep fry chicken boneless pieces, after apply salt and red chilies on it.

  10. Do fry all frozen parathay.

  11. Put chicken on paratha and then sweet corns then half of the mozzarella cheese.

  12. Roll them and place in a baking pan.

  13. Bake them till 10 – 12 minutes on 180 degrees.

  14. Slice them when it gets ready.
