Ingredients

  • Mutton ½ kg (boneless meat, cut into cubes)
  • Honey 1 tsp
  • Red Chili ½ tsp or to taste (ground)
  • White Cumin 1 tsp (ground)
  • Salt to taste
  • Whole coriander 1 tbsp (roasted and ground)
  • Soya sauce 1 tsp
  • Oil 2 tbsp

Cooking Directions

  1. Marinate the meat with all the above ingredients (except for the oil) for 6 to 7 hours.

  2. Then skewer the meat and grill. Once cooked, lightly oil and remove.

  3. Serve hot with Nan.
