  • Mince meat ½ kg
  • Onion 1 sliced
  • Lemons 2
  • Green chilies 3 (sliced)
  • Fresh coriander ½ bunch (chopped)
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • For dough:
  • All purpose flour ½ kg
  • Salt to taste
  • Clarified butter to 2 - 3 tbsp
  • Plain flour 2 tbsp

Cooking Directions

  1. In a cooking pot, add mince meat, sliced green chilies, ginger garlic paste, red chili powder and salt to taste and sauté without adding any oil.

  2. When mince is cool, add onion, lemon juice and coriander leaves mix briefly.

  3. Knead flour by adding salt, clarified butter and water as much required to from a fine dough.

  4. Form equal portions of kneaded dough and place a portion of mince meat on it.

  5. Roll another portion of dough and place on top of mince meat.

  6. Join the corners of rolled chapattis with plain flour dissolved in water.

  7. Fry on a pan with oil or clarified butter.

  8. Tempting parathas are ready to serve.
