Soak masoor ki daal and allow boiling.
Blend lentils in a blender when tender.
In a cooking pot, heat oil and add ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder and red chili powder and stir together.
Then add chopped tomatoes.
When tomatoes are soften, add bottle gourds and green chilies.
Also add lentils and some water and allow cooking until bottle gourd tender.
Then add few curry leaves and tamarind juice and cook for another 5 minutes.
Now add ground cinnamon and allow simmering on low flame.
Delicious Khatta Loki ka Dalcha is ready to serve.
