  • Butter 160 gm (90 gm for base, 30 gm for caramel and 40 gm for topping)
  • Flour 1 cup
  • Condensed milk 40 gm
  • Cooking chocolate 100 gm
  • Caster Sugar ¼ cup
  • Liquid Glucose 1 tsp

Cooking Directions

  1. Take 90 gm butter, flour and caster sugar in a bowl and mix well to make dough.

  2. Acquire a tart tray and place the dough inside its partitions.

  3. Place the tray in a 180 degree pre-heated oven for 10 minutes.

  4. For caramel: Take condensed milk, 30 gm butter, glucose and heat it on low flame with constant stirring. (Keep in mind that you don’t have to boil it and don’t set it free because it will burn out).

  5. Pour this caramel on baked tart base and put it back in oven for 3 minutes or until the layer of caramel got slightly brown from edges.

  6. For Topping: Melt the butter and chocolate.

  7. Remove the tarts from tray and let them cool and then spread the topping on it and enjoy.
