  • Mutton mince ½ kg
  • Almond paste ½ cup
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Saffron 1 pinch
  • Whole all spice 1 tsp
  • Green cardamom 4 - 5
  • Red chilies powder 1 tbsp
  • Turmeric powder ½ tsp
  • Onion 2 (fried)
  • Yogurt ½ cup
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil ½ cup
  • Fresh cream
  • Green chilies 5-6
  • Almonds few (de-skin)

Cooking Directions

  1. Put almond, green chilies, ginger garlic paste, saffron, and little bit of water in blender and blend it.

  2. In a pan warm oil, put whole all spice and green cardamom in oil and cook them.

  3. Now add mutton, stir well.

  4. Add red chilies powder, turmeric, almond paste, brown onion, salt and yogurt with them and cook them well.

  5. Serve in a dish and sprinkle some fried onion and almond on it.
