  • Chicken (boneless) 250 gm
  • Fish (boneless) 250 gm
  • Prawns 200 gm
  • Oil 1/4 cup
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp
  • Yogurt 2 tbsp
  • Tandoori Masala 4 tbsp
  • For Sauce:
  • Tomatoes (blended) 2
  • Green chillies (chopped) 2
  • Chilli powder 1 tsp
  • Sugar 1 tsp
  • Butter 1 tbsp
  • Corn flour 1 tbsp
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • All spice 1/4 tsp
  • Fresh cream 2 tbsp
  • Coriander leaves (chopped) 2 tbsp
  • Ketchup 4 tbsp

Cooking Directions

  1. Marinate chicken, prawns and fish with Tandoori Masala, oil, lemon juice and yogurt.

  2. Pan fry each separately in frying pan with 2 tbsp oil. Keep aside.

  3. For Sauce:

  4. Heat butter, add ginger garlic paste with blended tomatoes, salt, chilli powder, sugar, all spice, ketchup and cream.

  5. Cook for 5 minutes, thickens sauce with corn flour paste.

  6. Lastly add chopped coriander and chopped green chillies, pour this sauce over chicken, prawn and fish mixture.
