  • Tomatoes 1 kg
  • Garlic (chopped) 6 cloves
  • Bay leaf 10
  • Green chilli 6
  • Salt as to taste
  • Red pepper 2 tsp
  • Fresh corriander 1/2 cup
  • Eggs 5
  • Oil as required
  • White cumin 1 tsp

Cooking Directions

  1. Take oil in a pan and heat it.

  2. Saute fry garlic, cumin and bay leaf.

  3. Then add tomatoes, salt and red pepper.

  4. Cook them all till the tomatoes softens or forms a curry.

  5. Then add corriander and green chillies in it.

  6. Also add eggs and cover the lid.

  7. Cook the dish on low-medium heat.

  8. Caution: Do not beat the eggs.

  9. Serving Ideas: You can also use boiled eggs (sliced).

  10. You can enjoy poached eggs in tomato sauce with a bread slice and spinach.
