  • White cumin seeds 1/2 cup
  • Cloves 1/4 cup
  • Whole nutmeg (jaiphal) 1
  • Mace (javitri) 1 tsp
  • Green cardamom 1/4 cup
  • Black cardamom 1/4 cup
  • Cinnamon 12 sticks

Cooking Directions

  1. Grind all above spices and sieve it.

  2. Repeat grinding and sievibg process at least 4-5 times until mix; becomes a powder.

  3. Keep stored in airtight jar.
