Ingredients

  • Milk 1 liter
  • Sugar 1 cup
  • Custard Powder Vanilla Flavor 1/2 cup
  • Assorted Flavor Jelly 2 type 1 pkt each
  • Rabri 200 gm
  • Ice Cream Any Flavor 1/2 liter
  • Colored Vermicelli 100 gm
  • Almonds 10
  • Pistachio 10

Cooking Directions

  1. For custard: Boil milk in a medium cooking pot.

  2. Add sugar, keep stirring and add custard powder, keep stirring till the custard thickens.

  3. Remove it from the heat and let it get cool.

  4. Prepare the jelly, boil each flavor separately, and leave it to cool.

  5. Cut jelly in small cubes.

  6. Boil the colored vermicelli, strain it and leave it in cold water.

  7. Take a glass dish, pour the custard into the dish, put the rabri, colored vermicelli, flavored jelly cubes, ice cream and garnish with finely sliced almonds and pistachio.

  8. Serve cold.
