  • Shrimp 4
  • Chicken breast (cubed) 1/2 cup
  • Spring onion 3 tbsp
  • Green coriander (chopped) 3 tbsp
  • Ginger slices 1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Sesame oil few drops
  • Roll sheets as required
  • Whisked egg 1
  • Oil for frying

Cooking Directions

  1. For filling: Combine shrimp, chicken, coriander, ginger, sesame oil, salt and onion, chop in the food processor.

  2. Now make rolls by filling the mixture in roll sheets.

  3. Dip the corners of roll in egg and stick sesame seeds on them.

  4. Deep fry till golden brown.

  5. Serve hot with ketchup.
