This simple Egg Fried Rice is perfect to serve as a variation in rice dishes. Serve it with beef chili, chicken jalfrezi or any other gravy.

Ingredients

  • Rice 1 ½ cup
  • Eggs 3 to 4
  • Tomatoes 2
  • Onion 1
  • Chicken Cube 1
  • Chinese Salt 1/3 tsp
  • Crushed Black Pepper ½ tsp
  • Soy Sauce 3 tbsp
  • Oil 2 to 3 tbsp
  • Green Onion for garnish

Cooking Directions

  1. In a pan take oil and add onions in it and sauté for 2 to 3 minutes.

  2. Add tomatoes, chicken cubes, soy sauce, salt, Chinese salt, and black pepper and cook for 2 to 3 minutes.

  3. Add pre-cooked rice in it and cooked that the rice got its flavor.

  4. Take a tawa and grease it with oil beat eggs and fry them on the tawa.

  5. Take out the rice in a bowl and convert them in a platter, put the fried eggs layers on it.

  6. Sprinkle chopped green onions on it and serve with chicken jalfrezi.
