  • Gulaab Jaman:
  • Dry milk 2 cup
  • White flour 1 tbsp
  • Baking powder 1 tsp
  • Egg 1
  • Pistachio 10 gm
  • Clarified butter 1 tbsp
  • Silver paper for garnish
  • For syrup:
  • Sugar ½ kg
  • Kewera essence few drops
  • Water as required

Cooking Directions

  1. For balls:

  2. Take a bowl, add dry milk, baking powder, white flour and clarified butter and mix it well.

  3. Put beaten egg in it and knead it.

  4. Make balls from dough.

  5. For Gulaab Jaman:

  6. Heat oil in a pan when oil is ready adds jaman balls in to oil.

  7. Move around the pan little bit gap of few minutes make sure jaman balls well cook from all side.

  8. When it’s ready add jaman balls into syrup and make sure syrup was not hot add few minutes and take out in plate.

  9. Garnish with pistachio and chandi ka warq and serves it hot.

  10. For Sugar Syrup :

  11. Take a pan add sugar, kewra essence and water cook till its thick sugar syrup is ready.
