Mince meat potato kababs are fantastic spicy appetizer or snack. Its can be serve with meal, tea time or also in iftar. It goes with garlic sauce or dip.

  • Potatoes 2 (boiled)
  • Minced meat 125 gm
  • Ginger 1 piece (medium size)
  • Garlic 2 to 3 cloves
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil to fry
  • Pomegranate seeds a little bit
  • Red chili ½ tsp (ground)
  • Coriander as required
  • Mint leaves as required
  • Green chilies 2 to 3

Cooking Directions

  1. Heat oil. Fry ginger, garlic, minced meat, mint, coriander, green chilies, salt, ground red chili, cumin, pomegranate seeds in a pan.

  2. Combine minced meat in potatoes and mix them to make kababs.

  3. Fry in hot oil and serve hot.

  4. To serve, place lettuce leaf on a plate and put kababs on it in a sequence.

  5. Garnish with sliced lemon and tomato.

  6. Tips:

  7. Wet your hands whenever you make kababs.

  8. In this way, the minced meat will not stick to your hands and the kababs will be prepared quickly and neatly.
