  • Beef undercut ½ kg
  • Salt to taste
  • Flour ¼ cup
  • Pasta ½ cup
  • Broccoli half flower
  • Oil 3 tbsp
  • Onion 1 medium (chopped)
  • Button mushroom 4 – 5 (sliced)
  • Parsley 1 tbsp (chopped)
  • Fresh cream ½ cup
  • Red grapes juice ¼ cup
  • Black pepper powder ½ tsp

Cooking Directions

  1. Cut beef undercut into strips, flatten using hammer, marinate with a little salt and a little black pepper.

  2. Now coat with dry flour. Keep aside.

  3. Boil pasta and broccoli. Keep aside.

  4. Now heat oil in a pan, add marinated beef undercut and shallow fry till golden brown.

  5. Remove and keep aside.

  6. In the remaining oil add onion and mushrooms. Fry for 2 minutes.

  7. Also add parsley, fresh cream, red grapes juice, a little salt and black pepper. Mix well.

  8. Now add boiled pasta and boiled broccoli. Mix well.

  9. Dish it out, top with fried escalope’s and serve hot.
