You wont believe how simple and delicious this chicken snack is. A delicious marinated chicken is topped on a flatbread along with a freshly prepared peanut sauce and cheese, then baked till irresistibly delicious.

Ingredients

  • Chicken boneless ½ kg
  • Peanut ½ cup (roasted and crushed)
  • Honey 1 tbsp
  • Thai chili 1 tbsp (paste)
  • Soya sauce 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Naan or pita bread 2
  • For Peanut Sauce:
  • Mozzarella Cheese 1 cup
  • Tomato ketchup ½ cup
  • Water ½ cup
  • Cooking oil 1 tsp
  • Garlic 1 tbsp (crushed)
  • Chili sauce 4 tbsp
  • Honey 2 tbsp

Cooking Directions

  1. Mix together peanut, honey, thai chili paste, soya sauce and salt.

  2. Marinate chicken with this paste.

  3. Now cook chicken in a pan for 10 minutes.

  4. For Peanut Sauce: Cook together tomato ketchup, water, cooking oil, crushed garlic, chili sauce and honey.

  5. Now on Naan spread some sauce then spread mozzarella cheese and then chicken.

  6. Spread roasted and chopped peanut and bake in an oven at 200 degrees for 10 minutes.

  7. Serve hot.
