Ingredients

  • Beef undercut ½ kg
  • Green chili 3 (ground)
  • Lemon juice 1
  • Tamarind paste 3 tbsp
  • Papaya paste 3 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
  • Red pepper 1 tbsp (crushed)
  • Cumin powder 1 tsp
  • Coriander powder 1 tsp
  • Turmeric ½ tsp
  • Chaat masala 1 tsp
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Corn flour 2 tbsp
  • Chili sauce 2 tbsp
  • Shashlik sticks as required
  • Salt to taste

Cooking Directions

  1. Cut beef undercut into cubes.

  2. Marinate with green chilies, lemon juice, tamarind paste, papaya paste, ginger garlic paste, red pepper, cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric, chaat masala, oil and salt.

  3. Mix well and keep aside.

  4. Then add corn flour and chili sauce.

  5. Keep aside for 10 – 15 minutes.

  6. Thread 3 – 4 cubes in each shashlik stick.

  7. Cook in grill pan till golden brown.
