Ingredients

  • Breast pieces cut into strips, grilled 4
  • Lettuce, to serve
  • For mango mixture
  • Finely chopped mangoes 90 gms
  • Finely chopped onions 20 gms
  • Finely chopped red chilies 3 gms
  • Crushed black pepper 1/2 gm
  • Finely chopped tomatoes 15 gms
  • Chopped coriander leaves 2 gms
  • A pinch of oregano
  • A pinch of cumin powder
  • Salt to taste

Cooking Directions

  1. For mango mixture.

  2. Mix mango, tomato, onion, coriander, red chilies, pepper and salt together.

  3. Flavor the mixture with oregano and cumin powder. Cook for 10 minutes.

  4. To serve.

  5. Place lettuce leaves in the centre of a plate, top them with grilled chicken and pour the mango mixture around them.
