Ingredients

  • Bakery bun 2
  • Potaotes 2 (boil them)
  • Green peas 250gm
  • Cumin 1/2 tsp chopped
  • Red chilli 1/2 tsp chopped
  • Salt as required
  • Turmeric 1/4 tsp
  • Mustard seeds 1/2 tsp
  • Nigella seeds a little bit
  • Onion 1
  • Tomato 1

Cooking Directions

  1. Fry onion, tomato, cumin , nigella seeds and mustard seeds in a pan.

  2. Then add potatoes, salt, turmeric, red chilli and green peas cook for 2 minutes.

  3. Cut the buns in centre; take out their inner crumb and heat on griddle.

  4. Now fill the buns with mashed potatoes and green peas.

  5. Serve hot with ginger-garlic sauce.
