  • میدہ ایک سو پچیس گرام
  • گھی حسبِ ضرورت
  • پانی حسبِ ضرورت
  • نمک حسبِ ضرورت

  1. میدے میں نمک گھی اور پانی ملا کر سخت گوندھ لیں۔

  2. اس گوندھے ہوئے میدے کے پیڑے بنا کر ایک پیڑے کی بیلن پر پوری بیل لیں۔

  3. اب چھری یا چاقو سے اس پوری پر ایک ایک انچ کے فاصلے پر برابر کٹ لگائیں۔

  4. جب ساری پوری کٹ جائے تو بیفر اٹھائے ساٹھ ڈگری کے زاویے سے دوبارہ برابر کٹ لگائیں۔

  5. اسی طرح نمک پاروں کی شکل بن جائے گی۔

  6. تمام پوریوں کے اسی طرح نمک پارے بنالیں اور گھی میں تل لیں۔

  7. ہلکی آنچ رکھیں اور بادامی رنگ پر تل لیں۔
