Try these scrumptious ghee free laddus. These are quite tasty, just melt in your mouth and most important these are made without oil or ghee so you do not have to worry about extra calories.

  • Besan/gram flour 1 cup
  • Cardamom 4-5
  • Milk 2 cups
  • Sugar As required
  • Desiccated Coconut As required
  • Almonds for garnishing
  • Pistachios for garnishing

Cooking Directions

  • Take a non-stick pan, roast the cardamoms for a minute.
    Then add the gram flour and dry roast it for 5 minutess on low flame until it gives its characteristic aroma.
    Add milk and sugar, cover the pan and cook on low flame for 10 minutes.
    When the milk dries, cool the mixture and shape into laddus. If the mixture is a bit runny add some coconut in and make small laddus.
    Roll the laddu into the remaining coconut until they get coated.
    Granish with almonds or pistachios.
    Your healthy and tasty laddoos are ready to enjoy.
