Its a fairly easy recipe to make, but it does take some time and patience in order to complete it to perfection.Baking a whole chicken is a lot easier than it sounds, and most recipes involve very little ingredients , after the chicken is marinade and put in the oven.

Ingredients

  • Whole chicken with skin 1
  • Lemon juice 1/2 cup
  • Salt 2 tbsp
  • Ginger/garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Vinegar 3/4 cup
  • Meat tenderizer 1 tsp
  • Chat masala as required

Cooking Directions

  1. Soak chicken for 1 hour in a pot filled with water.

  2. After an hour add lemon juice, ginger/garl;ic paste, meat tenderizer, salt and vinegar in the pot and leave the chicken to soak for another hour.

  3. Take chicken out of the pot and bake in pre heated oven at 180 degree C for 45 minutes.

  4. Take chicken sajji out of the oven; sprinkle chat masala and lemon over it and serve.
