Ingredients

  • Chicken cut into cubes 2 cup
  • Chicken stock 1, 1/2 liter
  • Corn flour 2 tsp (dissolve in some water)
  • Soya sauce 1 tsp
  • Finely sliced ginger 4 tbsp
  • Sesame oil 1/4 tsp
  • Egg white 2
  • Carrot 1
  • Spring onion 6
  • Finely sliced onion 1
  • Green coriander 1 bunch
  • White pepper to taste
  • Salt to taste

Cooking Directions

  1. Heat oil in a pan and stir fry chicken, onion and ginger.

  2. Combine chicken, stock and all the other ingredients in large pan and let it cook.

  3. When it comes to a boil, add whisked egg while stirring constantly.

  4. In the end add corn flour dissolved in some water while stirring.

  5. When soup thickens, it’s ready to serve.
