Ingredients

  • Mince 1/2 kg
  • Chili powder 1 tsp
  • Turmeric ½ tsp
  • Coriander seeds crushed 1-1/2 tsp
  • Garam masala powder 1 tsp
  • Gram flour ½ cup
  • Coriander leaves ½ cup
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
  • Cumin 1 tsp (roasted and crushed)
  • Green chilies grinded 1 tbsp
  • Oil for fry

Cooking Directions

  1. Put all above ingredients except oil in mince and leave for 1 hour.

  2. Make into tiny balls and deep fry until dark brown.

  3. Serve with sweet chili sauce.
